Gives this Celiac girly some sense of normal!
I wanted to hate it, but instead I honestly love this mac and cheese so much. I was recently diagnosed with Celiac and had to change everything about the way I eat. When I just want something easy, it isn't really easy anymore and this product really helped me have that little bit of normalcy back. You have to cook it right, that's super important. I know it's small but use a larger pot of water then normal, boil for six to eight minutes and don't stop stirring. RINSE your noodles when they're done. I can't stress how much of a game changer rinsing the noodles was for their taste and texture. I'm not a huge fan of most other brands, this one is a safe staple for me!
