I have used this canned crab for years when I want to make a seafood dish "special" and want to make a stuffed fish like Salmon, Alaskan Halibut, Red Snapper, etc. I add the ingredients I would if I were making Chesapeake crabcakes, stuff it into the lengthwise slit and top with Panko. Pop into the oven and a short time later, it's done and is the center of an elegant dinner!
