A reliable and consistent coffee experience

A consistent and dependable coffee experience but without the finesse of a great deal of personalisation. I usually now let the machine extract the coffee from the capsule but manually control the milk to deliver the kind of flat white I prefer. The fully automated setting just does not have the right ratio for my taste and there is little to no adjustment possible with this machine.

Hard to get operating correctly

I bought this machine apprtox 4 months ago after having the standard Vertuuo machine and am finding it somewhat difficult to get right does not do program as easy as other nespresso machines that i have had. Will perceiver and hopefully have a gopd machine

So frustrating.

I bought this machine just a month ago. This morning the milk frother lights are simply not turning on. I have tried everything I can think of. I have turned the machine on and off five times. I have disassembled the frother recleaned dried and put back. Still nothing. The coffee cup button still works. But not the cappuccino latte cleaning lights! This was not a cheap machine! Already spent hundreds of additional $$$ on the new coffe pods.
