My son is 5 yrs old and has autism. In the evening a couple of hours before bed he usually gets into quite the "stimming" state. We were eager to see if this may calm him a bit in the evenings after bath time. The aroma is very soothing and calming and while it wasn't as if one "flipped a switch" or anything it definitely seemed to relax him a bit. We will definitely be using this for a good while. I actually really enjoyed this for my son and the plus is that he didn't have a reaction. He's super sensitive to quite everything and this worked wonderfully. It makes him feel as if he's having a unique bath experience which is super cute. The consistency is nice and it suds up well. The smell is not overpowering but I do not think it lasts much. It's very subtle. My son takes showers by himself and it was a little complicated for him to squeeze. I did have to help him but he's used to his old soap that you didn't have to squeeze. A little bit of a learning curve whiz isn't bad! I would repurchase it once I run out!
