I had a c section so my milk production has been low... I've tried everything - oats, fenugreek, teas, so many supplements. This is the only thing that has made a big difference - just a day or two after taking it my supply nearly doubled. I'm still not making as much as my baby needs but this stuff really helps to boost it! In my opinion it's definitely worth it if you're struggling with your supply - especially for the price.
