Rydland's / KidsWellness Liver Cleansing Detox and Skin Formula not only works on body systems that promote removal of chemicals ubiquitously present in our environment and bodies, but also supports liver and kidney detoxification systems. We recommend beginning treatment with a dosage once daily for the first week, then increase to twice daily the following week, and finally three times daily. Detoxification most often requires at least three or more months of treatment. For detoxification to be maximally effective, it is also important that the person minimize use of chemicals in the diet and environment. In addition, once or twice a year detoxification for 4-6 weeks is a useful practice.
