Great Lemon Pie mix - very close to homemaade.

Great product - - so easy to make too and the cost is great - If you add a few more egg yolks and use milk instead of water, you get a very rich tasting lemon pie - almost like homemade. The box says to "follow the directions very carefully" but if you cook often, you can easily modify this to make it even better.

I find this brand of lemon pie filling to be one of the best of the market-here in Canada and in the USA. I have brought it to a friend and relatives living and wintering in the USA and they were extremely pleased with its flavour, and asked me to bring them more, which I did.

Great for pies

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This is great to make lemon pies. Easy to mix up. Or use as a dessert with some whip cream on top or by itself. Has a great lemon flavour that's not over powering
