I love these! I always used regular Midol until my sister told me about these non-caffeinated pills; amazing! I can take these right before bedtime and fall asleep with ease plus get all the benefits of Midol; the help with cramps, bloating and overall feeling of blahness. I'm so relieved! I've never been one to medicate for cramps. Plus everything else sucks! I'll usually just tuff it out with water and a heating pad. From missing countless days of school and work, I've finally found THE ONE! From the worst period cramps you can imagine, vomiting, etc. Every Month I only take 1 (2) tablet pack, then in 30 minutes I'm knocked out asleep and when I wake up the cramps are gone. Everytime! I recommend!
