Pros: Two reenforced areas to keep the strap from slipping. Super easy to attach or move as needed. Compact if needed for travel. Nine (in other room and I just sat down) I think sections to attach tubes or straps - Just received but feels very sturdy and secure! I have tried various exercises and so far really love it - planning on getting another one for the opposite side of door for more options to secure and increase resistance.
