USED, STAINED, DISGUSTING

The item they sent me was already used (wrinkly knee area) and had a 7 inch brown stain on the leg. I love walmart but this was disgusting. Sadly I can't return them because customer service won't let me return things because my local store is always bringing me rotten produce and they blamed me by making my account unreturnable. By the way these are TINY I wanted to love them but the size 11 is more like a size 5/6. This is NOT normal walmart sizes.
