Made in USA! The tool is high quality, with chrome plated handles. Don't open the jaws too far, or you'll disengage the threads on the spreader, as there are no stops to prevent this. It can be re-engaged with some finesse and effort. It does NOT come with a case, so you'll have to figure out how to store the various pins. I had bought this to hold a cam shaft in place, though that's beyond what the tool is designed for. For holding cam shafts, you'd be better suited with something with a longer handle. If I ever have to remove another AC clutch, I think this will be perfect for keeping the clutch plate from rotating. Wish I had this tool years ago, there are many uses.
