Flood Pro Series Solid Deck Stain - Solid Satin Acrylic Exterior - 1 gal, Navajo Red

This is the first time I have used Flood Acrylic solid color stain, which was customer supplied on a exterior house and deck paint job last summer. I found it easy to work with and apply. Water cleanup was additionally easy. This stain goes on like paint, provides good coverage and does not run easily. It is self priming in two coats, is Urethane-fortified to resist cracking and peeling, and has UV absorbers to protect against fading and UV damage. WY is not kind to wood! It can be applied to new, dry, pressure-treated wood, uncoated new or weathered wood, or wood previously stained or painted down to 35 degrees and as high as 120 degrees (90 degrees being highest optimal) which was helpful, as the job started in 80 degree temps and finished in 35 degree temps. This product has a quick dry to touch time of 30 minutes and can be recoated within 2-4 hours depending on temperature and humidity. The Navajo Red was used on the badly sun damaged peeling deck surfaces that had not been done for 8-10 years, and the exterior doors. A brown tint was used for the body of the house with minimal chipping. It goes on smoothly and evenly with both roller and brush applications.
