[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Dr Arthritis ladies Patella Tendon knee strap is such a great product ,it comes with a nice informative hand book ,which tells you everything you should know about the knee ,and problems that occur to people .There is even an exercise section to do to help the knee ,and it does help .The strap helps alot when wearing it while exercising, cycling, or just walking around doing everyday chores and such .I know it helps me I would most definitely recommend this ,and it comes in pink and so soft
