Lovely Ms Belle Costume!

This was a well made costume, and really cute on. Unfortunately, the size large was a bit big; so we are exchanging it for a size Medium. As a point of reference, this was for someone at 5'4" 128 pounds, chest 38". There is elastic at the waist, so that will help with in between sizes, and we found the chest area was too big with the size Large. Great costume though!
