Extremely Small Hat

We bought 3-4T for our 2-year-old boy (2T being unavailable), and the hat is so small it doesn't fit him (he has an average head size). It doesn't even fit our 1-year-old daughter's head (she does have a big head, but it just goes to show how small the hat is). The bodysuit is fine. Too big/long for our 2-year-old who is 25th percentile, but it can be rolled. Definitely low quality fabric and seems (handwash only, per the label), but that's not surprising given the pricetag. But it looks fine and would do the job for a Halloween costume.
