this seems to work out really well got it for my grandson for his bday coming up and i think he will just love it (he is 5) cant wait to see how he likes it , but i did take it out and tried it and it worked pretty well and can control it manually or it does have a demo mode that it will go for a bit on its own also. i tried to upload a video of it but i cannot so just trust me it works well and the big tires should work well for outside too and it is faster than i thought it would be.

Awesome tricks with steam, music, and lights!!

This RC Monster Truck that looks like a dinosaur is probably the coolest toy I've gotten in a couple of years. It is so much fun! It comes with 2 rechargeable batteries and the cords that they need, a screwdriver, and a dropper. You do still need 2 AA batteries for the controller. The outside of it just feels good to your hands, so my 18 month old can play with it, and my 4 year old absolutely loves it. My dog not so much. She chased it around and didn't know what to think. This thing has steam or smoke that comes out of it, stands/drives on its side, or straight up and does flips. It has bright lights and music, and it spins around. It is so cool. The tires are awesome, so it could definitely go off-road. We can't wait to take it outside. The controller is small enough for little hands to use. Did I say it has steam yet!!
