Finally - a TV antenna that really works!!!

I bought this unit for my 30' power cruiser moored in Cobourg Harbour (about 60 miles from Toronto). A previous antenna I had purchase from a Texas based company (with electric "gain") was only picking up 3 or 4 channels on the flat screen TV I have in my boat's cabin. This antenna (it doesn't need an electric "gain") receives 35 channels - all crystal clear and in HD. I just set it on my starboard shelf and aim it towards Toronto - perfect reception. The chap moored beside me in the harbour heard me bragging about how good it worked and went and bought one from Walmart as well. He too receives 35 channels and is very very happy.

Works good

Recently purchased this. Compared it to the larger style antenna, digiwave 4 panel. This small light weight box antenna worked just as well. It was super easy to mount because it was small. Less issues in high winds. We live in Brighton Ont. area in a valley. Didn't expect much at roof level (bungalow) Satisfied with this based on our poor location. Expected much less. Happy to have global Toronto and Kingston. For someone in a good location I'm sure would be fine near a window inside your home. Also good location would likely pick up numerous buffalo stations. Worth giving a try.
