i have a severe GI issue, as a result of multiple surgeries. I've tried tons of probiotics/probiotic foods and usually they have no effect. my stomach doesn't absorb things well, so I have to take 4-5 per day, instead of the recommended 2. but i think if these work for me, they'll probably work for almost anyone
