Second order of this same shirt. Husband loves them and wore out the first one ordered 3 years ago. This time I got 2. He is 6'2", 230 lbs, dress sleeve length 35-36, and the XLT fits him perfectly. They washed up great, no iron if you use permapress dryer setting.
