Works Great

Does exactly what it says, SHARPENS KNIVES!!!! Those that are looking for the perfect looking knife after sharpening should probably plan on spending more than $30 dollars!!!! For the price this is a great product.

Just ruined my favorite knife. :(

This piece of junk is as effective as an old bench grinder. Totally chewed up and ruined my favorite knife. Please see the attached photos. It is going to take hours to try and work out all the huge gouges, if this is even possible. Avoid at all costs. DO NOT BUY.

Ruins knives!!!

Do yourself a favor and avoid Smith's products. Their sharpeners will ruin your knives and their customer service is non-existent. And I am referring to some very nice J A Henkels cutlery. They completely ignored my complaint.
