Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt, 3 Pound

I consider this salt to be a necessity in my kitchen. I use the more coarse Morton Kosher for salting pasta water, etc. but Diamon Crystal is my go-to as an actual ingredient in my foods. It has a much cleaner taste than table salt and is much more easily controlled in terms of amount to use.

This is the best salt to control the saltiness of food. One generally needs twice the amount called for in recipes. It's great for keeping in a salt cellar near the stove and salting meat and dishes as you cook.
