pump has had issues

Pump has been. an issue for mu last 2. One the spout that goes into bottle was only half as long as the bottle. fortunately I still had my old bottle. The 2nd bottle the pump was not functioning properly. I had to push it several times to get any soap %26 those r just small amts. So I am anxious to see if this one is functioning properly. Didn't think to take a picture of the shortened tube into bottle. It was sliced at an angle about 1/4 to 1/3 of the tube. There is nothing to take a picture of the pump not functioning.

This Dial 3-in-1 has become my husband's favorite self-care product. We were thrilled to find this large bottle with a pump dispenser! That just magnified the convenience. Now with a quick pump or three, he washes his hair and skin. The scent is fresh and manly. There's only one disadvantage: sometimes a bit of the blue solution lingers in the pump nozzle, dripping out later and leaving a blue blob on the shower tile. We will buy this again.
