Impeccable Customer Service for Dial Soap Bars
I had a problem with the original order for the Dial Soap Bars (22/pack). I had ordered 2 packs of 22 each (total 44 soap bars) but only received 24 soap bars. Contacted Walmart Customer Service and they had indicated the soap was coming from a third party. Walmart Customer Service contacted the third party and sent me the missing order. I must say Walmart Customer Service is superior, representative Stacy was professional and she resolved my issue within minutes. I highly recommend continuing to do online shopping with Walmart.
