How to use?

• Unscrew the nut on the top
• Pull the top part of the spice mill upwards and then fill up with spices
• Close the cover, and screw the top nut back
• Adjust the nut according to how finely ground you prefer your spices: For a fine grind, turn the nut clockwise. For a coarser grind, turn the nut counterclockwise
• Turn the top part clockwise, and seasonings will come out from the bottom

Tips

1. The pepper grinder can’t be washed in water or dishwasher because the grinder would be damaged. Please wipe the grinder with a clean, damp cloth. DO NOT submerge.

2. There would be some residues around the grinder if you mill high oil spices often. In order to get rid of them, grind some coarse salt or dry rice grains to make the residues mixed in the grinder. After a few times, the residue mixture would be excreted from the grinder and the spice mill would operate properly again.

3. The spice mill is not a hermetically sealed container to store spices. So the taste and quality of the spices could be deteriorated after long-time storage. Thus, please DO NOT fill the spice mill in full if you don't use it often.

4. Please DO NOT twist the upper part of the spice mill if there’s no spice in it. It will damage the grinder

5. Please DO NOT screw down the nut too tight. The spice mill can’t be milled if the nut is fully tightened. The grinder could be damaged because of that
