KitchenAid 7 Quart Stainless Steel Bowl with Comfortable Handle, KA7QBOWL

Bought all new Kitchen Aid Appliances for my kitchen and this amazing range looks fantastic in it.I also bought the matching microwave hood which is so quiet. The cook top heats so fast and I love I can adjust the elements to the size of my pots. It cleans easily but just wipe it down after each use. The oven is HUGE. I always cook on convection and everything comes out great. The cooling fan is very quiet and I love the water steam cleaning feature for the oven. Does not smell or get to a temperature over 200. The only thing to be aware of is that the oven door does get warm/hot. My old kitchen aid range had a cool door when on. Maybe that is a feature in other models. Anyway, Love It!

Nice unit, however within the first week of ownership I had to unplug the unit to reset it. A few weeks later had to do the same thing. Last week got an error message the cooling fan was not cooling properly. Got online and chatted with the CSR who told me I would have to just unplug the unit and reset it everytime because a technician could not tell what was wrong unless they experienced the problem. I emailed Kitchen Aid who told me this was not the case. However, after 2.5 months of ownership and already needing service, I worry about what future issues could occur.
