Water tastes good agsin
Moved to South Texas near the beach and the water is gross. My boyfriend looked into it and apparently there is a lot of chlorine and fluoride cause water sits in water towers. I got to the point that I didn't want to drink water and our Brita pitcher wasn't cutting it even with a brand new filter. This has worked out so well and I am now saved :)

Does not filter water
The pitcher looks nice and was very easy to setup. However after one day it quit filtering. Water just sits at the top of the pitcher. Called customer service and they verified it must be a faulty filter but said they had none in stock to send?!?! The pitcher is useless to us if it doesnt filter water.
