I was so pleased with my first 2 quart saucepan that I added a second. What a piece of culinary sculpture! And, of course, it cooks as advertised. Unlike the lid handle on my other high-end saucepan, the handle on my Demeyere never gets too hot to comfortably hold barehanded.

Heats evenly, not too heavy. We bought some saute pans and a saucier of the same linr, we really liked them so now adding to the collection with a pot. We will be using them on glass electric at first at home, then we are going to use on the induction cooktop for our van
