You will add2 tablespoons butterInstructions1) Line 8-inch-square baking pan with foil. Spray foil lightly with non-stick cooking spray.2) Combine Sugar Mix, Carnation® Evaporated Milk* and butter in medium, heavy-duty sauce pan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally, Once boiling, stir constantly for 4 minutes. Remove from heat.3) Add Nestlé® Toll House® Morsels and Marshmallows all at once. Stir vigorously until morsels and marshmallows are melted.4) Immediately Pour the mixture into pan; smooth top. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Lift from pan; remove foil. Cut into 24 pieces.Cutting Tip: Before cutting, remove from refrigerator and let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Dip sharp knife into hot water and wipe dry. Cut fudge, wiping clean after each slice and repeat.*The 5 fl. oz. can of Carnation® Evaporated Milk included in this kit contains 2/3 cup of evaporated milk.

I was surprised the first time I used the Carnation fudge kit. I like fudge but for Christmas I don't have the time to make it from scratch. The kit makes it easy peasy! Plus you can add whatever you like to make the fudge your own. My Granddaughter likes candy cane bits sprinkled over the top. I think with one batch I will add peanut butter bits. I'm saving one of the kits to make with the kiddles on Christmas!
