Purchased this as a Christmas gift for our grand daughter. It is solid wood and good quality. She's 16 months and can get in and out of it easily but it's big enough that she will get great use out of it for a few years. Her 4.5 year old sister is quite comfortable in it as well. Great quality for the price!

This is a beautiful and sturdy child rocker. I was impressed with the quality and ease of set-up for the price. It comes almost fully assembled and required only connecting the top and bottom sections with four phillips screws. Couldn't get much easier. And it's very stylish. Only negative is it might be a bit small if you child is over 8 years old. We have an 8 yo girl and it's perfect for her, but she's not a real big girl and I think next year it might start looking a little small for her. So if your child is tall or very stocky, he/she may look a bit tight in it. Just a thought. But we loved it.
