2 showerheads broke off in 2 months!

In the 1st month of using this, the showerhead started spraying water around and then broke off at the gentlest touch. My bathroom designer who ordered it got a replacement, which just broke off yesterday. I'm so frustrated, as a showerhead should not be water-soluble! I promise I didn't even touch it before it started coming off. Now I'm looking at buying a replacement.
