Poor assembly not concerned for customer sat

The valve was just thrown into a box no packing material at all and a screw was missing from the hole on the bracing bracket which was oblong due to poor assembly. Once it got here it did not fit my application due to short copper tub stub and they want me to pay for return shipment.
