Delta Antoni: Single-Handle Pull-Down Spring Kitchen Faucet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Delta 18803-SP-DST faucet is heavy duty. It is strong and durable. It is a large faucet, and fits my double basin sink well. It is a nice upgrade from my previous two handle kitchen faucet that came with a separate spray nozzle. I like that this faucet is all in one. With the press of a button, the water goes from a full (somewhat narrow) stream to a spray. The installation was fairly easy and took about 20 minutes. The optional base plate came in handy, because my sink had three holes and this faucet requires only one. Aesthetically, it has an overall cool, modern, and high end look, and the outer coil adds a unique touch. The faucet swivels left to right smoothly, as well as the handle to turn the water on. On the handle it has a small C & H for cold and hot, which is hard to see, so that could be improved. The water pressure from this faucet is great. The spray nozzle handle comes off easily and snaps back onto the magnet that helps hold it in place. I like to use it to clean the sink, as well as to get up close to rinse off food and dishes. This faucet is also higher up, so there is more clearance, so when washing dishes, I do not bump them into it so easily, which is a convenient feature. This faucet is super good quality. I would recommend it.

So far I have been very pleased with my new Delta faucet. Works as promised. There was a slight issue that the washers on the water supply lines were damaged. I contacted customer support and spoke with Quinn Allen. Overall this was a minor issue but Quinn treated my concerns as though it was the most important thing she would do that day. She listened, came up with a resolution and got it handled. Thanks for a quality product and for having Quinn on your team. She is a strong asset for your company.
