Delta Company honors their lifetime warranties!

This Delta Kate Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet is well designed. We chose this item because of the experience that we had with the Delta Company. They honored their lifetime warranty regarding our previous faucet. We chose a Delta faucet when we needed a new one. We ran into trouble installing the new faucet and, as expected, customer service was exceptional! They worked with us until we were successful. We love this company! Their lifetime guarantee is for real!

Scoured around for a new faucet setup. Decided on this and was planning to buy it through Lowes, but tossed it into google again to double check pricing and it was $50 cheaper through Walmart-easy choice. Arrived perfect like any other Delta. Install was easy but make sure to read because you might need a deck plate which is NOT included and is a must for thin or stainless sinks and worth it. Faucet is a very different setup, so muscle memory took a bit to acclimate, but I love it as much as I hoped I would.
