I have always wanted a stud finder, having to move over the years to different places and trying to hang a picture, a piece of wall decor or TV mount on the wall without a stud finder, by just tapping on the wall, can end up most of the time in leaving unwanted holes in the walls. This stud finder is absolutely perfect for anyone. It has got 3 sensors and is very easy to use. The only thing it requires is 2 AAA batteries that are not included in the package. The stud finder has high accuracy and has a 1" max detection depth, it finds both wood and metal studs. Press the button and keep the stud finder against the wall and keep moving it slowly, the LED lights will let you know exactly where the stud is. Pretty simple. I have used mine for hanging two heavy mirrors on the wall and it worked perfect! Definitely recommend this stud finder.

I was glad to receive this stud finder to review so I wouldn't have to borrow my friends anymore. It worked great on my painted sheetrock and wood paneling locating the studs. My wife has several walls for me to hang pictures back up that we never got around to after repainting so this will definitely come in handy. Easy to use and anyone can find dead center of the studs hiding behind the wall. I'll be hanging a 42 inch Flat screen tv soon and the wood screws need to be centered and not shoot out the side of the 2x4 wall studs to be able to hold the full weight of the tv on a wall mount and this should do the trick. Uses two AAA batteries not included.
