Ok, so you are thinking, "What does she mean with that title?" I just started making a Thanksgiving dinner for 20 people. I used the parsley flakes to garnish the mashed potatoes, and it looks great! Store brand parsley flakes are usually a dull green/brown color. These are a nice vibrant green and look fresh, not dried out and brownish. Lol I've also used them in my breadcrumbs when I made chicken cutlets last week. Even after frying them, I was able to see the green flakes.
