I didn't receive the laptop that was ordered!!!

This product was purchased via the Walmart Market place with the vendor being Bargain Rus or SOUTH SHORE BARGAIN OUTLET. Firstly, the information for the laptop clearly indicated that it would come with Windows 11 preinstalled; however, it came with Windows 10, but I was able to get it upgraded to Windows 11. Secondly and most importantly, the laptop should have had 500GB SSD storage, but I received a laptop with only 256 GB of storage. I contacted the vendor directly via email and over a 3 day period I repeatedly provided them the screen captures that they requested to show that I did not receive the Dell 5490 laptop with the storage capacity that I had ordered. Although courteous, they strangely only offered me a Dell 3010 desktop computer as a replacement. Bottom line, I did not receive the laptop ordered and they did not offer a suitable replacement nor a suitable replacement part.
