Falsely advertised

The laptop itself is okay. I was very disappointed that it wasn't as advertised though. I bought it under the assumption it was touchscreen, as advertised. Upon arrival and setting up, I found out it was not. Apart from that, the laptop seems to be reliable and easy to navigate.
