I never received my order. UPS told me someone had changed the address when I spoke with them. I did not change anything. However, UPS told me they let someone pick up my LapTop showing an ID that was not in my name. A name I never heard of. I believed this was an inside job from an employee at UPS who knew what my order was or someone who fixed up my order. However when I spoke with UPS about giving me a refund because they gave my package to someone that was not me. They said I must contact the seller about the issue. The Seller used UPS to send the Package. This was an expensive item. UPS have an obligation to get the package to the right person which was the name on the package. The seller needs to get UPS to give you reimbursement for the Package they gave to someone else and then you can give me a refund or send me another LapTop. The seller said they could not do anything. This is not the customer's fault. The seller got my money. I got nothing. The seller needs to get this settled between you and UPS and give me some satisfaction. I will never order an expensive item again because it will not be delivered to the customer's name on package. It will be given to someone else.
