We ordered a set of sheets and pillow cases plus an extra set of pillow cases. We got the pillow cases but there was a supply issue in our chosen color for sheets set. They gave us the option to choose a different color and also sent the extra pillow cases in the new color at no charge. The product has been comfortable, cool and soft to sleep on and the colors are beautiful. This company is top notch. Thank you for a easy transaction.
