My Favorite Green Beans
I love Del Monte products. I add bacon, bacon grease, bit of sugar and salt; then low simmer my beans for at least an hour. They taste just like they came out of the garden then. Other brands get mushy and do not taste fresh.

A veggie on repeat
I purchase this brand on repeat but I learned today that beans are on sale and its cheaper to buy individually! Today at Walmart they are $1.25 a can so 4 would be $5.00 - I paid .27 more which is not a big deal but still a big deal. Dang it.
