botched, uneven dye job

this would be an awesome duvet cover but the dye job is uneven and splotchy. it looks like it is sun faded when it is supposed to be brand new. the company didn't care after i reached out, they didn't apologize, they insist that they sent me a good one and said if i had a problem to return it through Walmart. i was hoping this was a one time incident and i would have loved to exchange it for one with a decent dye job. but apparently they don't care to do so. very disappointed.
