New and Improved Zippers!

We got this bag as a replacement for our Black Ops bag. The BO bag had zippers that were broken after only using a few times. Thankfully, we still had a warranty and was able to replace the bag with ease. So far, this bag is holding up, and we are pleased. The wheels are a bit smaller and do not look as sturdy as those on the BO bag so time will tell how well these hold up, but for now, we are happy!

Simply, right away. Can see from this New Verizon you have addressed the issues that were hampering the 1st version of The Special Ops Bag. Job well done. For this is what the top bat bag on the market should have been the 1st time around. But am glad to see that something was done about the short comings of the 1st version. To put the Special Ops Bag back on top where it earned itself to be.
