The Awesome Artichoke - Very Versatile

I use these in salads (just throw them in as you would grape tomatoes or cucumbers). They add a unique mediterranean flavor. I also use them chopped up in dip with a little spinach and cream cheese/sour cream and other herbs and spices. Very yummy and always enjoyed.
