De Nigris Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, 33.8 fl oz Bottle

I can't compare this to other Balsamic Vinegars. When I decide to try using some for various things, this was the best value for what seemed like a reliable source. I was not disappoint and never looked back. This is the only balsamic vinegar I have ever needed. I love the flavor. I love that it is still a 5% acid, so it can be used anywhere normal vinegar is used. There is only one negative I can think to say and it is likely a sign of quality. It has small, hard chunks (sediment) found in any quality balsamic vinegar. It is a natural, harmless substance known as the "mother of vinegar" and I just add it in to whatever I am using the vinegar. It does come into play when at the start of the bottle. However, towards the end of the bottle, it can make pouring less smooth.

I love this balsamic vinegar! I make my own salad dressing by mixing this vinegar 50/50 with olive oil, and adding basil and garlic. The vinegar gives the salad dressing a slightly sweet, delicious flavor. So far, the price of this vinegar has remained reasonable.
