For external use only. When using this product, do not get into eyes. Skin irritation and dryness is more likely to occur if you use another topical acne medication at the same time. If irritation occurs, only use one topical acne medication at a time. Apply only to areas with acne. Do not use on broken skin or large areas of the skin. Keep out of the reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

Instructions
Cleanse the skin thoroughly before applying. Cover the entire affected area with a thin layer one to three times daily. Leave on for 10 minutes. Thoroughly remove with water. Because excessive drying of the skin may occur, start with one application daily, then gradually increase to two to three times daily if needed or as directed by a doctor. If bothersome dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day.

Good for blackheads and cystic acne.
I've been using this product for a little over a year for cystic acne. It does a good job shortening the duration of a cystic nodule, and for smaller ones or ones I catch early enough, it resolves them without the long, painful, itchy phase. For the big ones, it definitely eases the inflammation- the redness and the pain both- while it works to resolve the cyst. It can be a little drying, but it is manageable and worth it while the skin adjusts. It also cleared up a lot of blackheads on my nose while clearing the cystic acne around my nose, which was nice. It also seems to cut down on the post inflammatory discoloration.
