I love this little thing, its very convenient especially if you are lazy like me. It can be difficult for me to find things that I can customize to meet my dietary needs such as gluten and dairy free, and this product makes it much easier to make quick snacks and meals that do not give me allergic reactions. I definitely recommend this especially if you are unable to be on your feet for long periods of time! My favorite way to make these egg bites is by using mostly egg whites filled with sautéed spinach, mushrooms, and onions, but don't be afraid to adventure out and try your own combinations!

Also, I bought this to make the bites ahead and re warm, but they do taste much better when they are fresh. And I did add the cottage cheese as some suggest and some grated cheese as well, which helped.
