Darkstar DS40 Skateboard (31.6" x 7.75")

rides very smooth, and easy to ride, love it

if you are trying to buy this board for a teen or an adult... keep moving... the company claims that these boards are solid and as good as their higher end companies... tell that to my broken elbow from this board breaking riding a flat transition (ramp from one level to another in a skatepark)... no tricks just rolling down a hill... after 3 hrs in the park... now let me tell you i started skating when I was 13 and I took a break while I was trying to adult and came back to it because my 11 year old wanted to try... so when I was riding Darkstar was one to bigger brands and I used to ride them and I've ridden their parent companies... but I will never ride Darkstar again after this... I emailed them to ask them about quality issues or why one of their higher ups said these board have the same quality as their higher names (enjoi, almost,etc) should I be concerned with buying the bigger names??? this was 2 weeks ago and I have gotten zero response... will I use this board or let my son continue to use his... no.... will I use enjoi or one of their companies ??? until they give me a reason??? yea dont make the same mistake I did is an ER visit really worth getting this board when for 60 bucks more you can get a good starter board
