It's a tall , and quiet fan

The package comes with the thermal paste, so you don't have to buy separately. This fan is pretty tall, make sure to measure the space of your tower base that can fit. It give enough room on my Gigabyte Eagle board to handle the RAM and other components. And indeed, it's quiet in average use. Haven't tested it in heavy load though.

Cools Ryzen 9 effectively

Excellent. Keeps my new AM4 Ryzen 9 cool. Temperature is at 37C range, stock speeds. Comes with either Intel or AMD installation. Instructions are pretty clear and easy to follow. Was packed with great care and comes with thermal grease. It is large though, so if you have a tiny case you may have to keep it lidless. Very happy so far and the price is fair.
