I needed these for a post op double knee reconstruction and multiple ligament tears. They work well and are comfortable. I was specifically looking for some like these that had spandex neoprene in the rear that are directly on skin to prevent the straps from rubbing. Highly recommend. The fronts also have a velcro type material so I added some patches.
