I learned damtuh is the ultimate brand of yuja-cha. it is delightful. it is much better than I imagined. it is super easy to use... just a big spoon in either hot or cold water. it is incredibly refreshing cold and rich hot. the flavor is bright, fresh, citrusy and a little sweet. I can't thank Gemini enough for this recommendation. I definitely will buy this again. I've had it about 2 weeks and I'm halfway through the jar.
